Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) – Are You “PMAing”?

How’s your PMA?  When was the last time you gave any thought to your level of PMA?  Do you have practices, techniques or rituals that you put into play each day to help maintain your PMA or are you on auto-pilot and not pay much attention to your attitude?  There are many schools of thought on PMA; in Are You PMAing?, you will be presented with several ways in which you can help maintain a PMA, even in the face of challenges, tragedies and life!   Having a PMA is really a choice you make on a daily basis and while it is simple in theory, putting it into practice is much more difficult.  This interactive workshop always generates a great discussion and participants leave with lots to contemplate and mull over while determining whether or not to implement a PMA every day!
