These days, it’s more common than not for people to be stressed out! Deadlines, schedules, the endless list of to-do’s, family, work, never-ending responsibilities, it’s no surprise that an estimated 80% of sick days are related to stress!

Technology has its advantages but it has also rendered us slaves – available 24/7.  While we may resist, our devices are usually not too far!  In my opinion, stress is of an epidemic proportion making it even more important for us to look after ourselves and get a grip on our stress and ways in which to manage it!  Many of us a “know” or have heard of stress management techniques yet, we aren’t using them! This begs the question WHY?
